Will Mosley is a Ph.D student in the Department of African and African Diaspora Studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned an M.A. in English literature. He is co-Editor of the Ethnic and Third World Literatures Review of Books and collaborates with Austin organizations, mostly recently protesting APD police brutality and speaking at the Transgender Day of Remembrance vigil. His work explores twenty-first century representations of deviant blackness in literature, music, and quotidian life, ranging from Alexis De Veaux’s fiction to Young Thug’s mixtapes.
